I had further to this other issues after further updates have come through: automatic autorotate zapped, buttons on side of ep121 no longer work (volume up, volume down, autorotate manual option, manual keyboard load, button right hand side now does nothing), swipe forward/back on browser not working, keyboard launches only on Edge but in hand writing mode, Outlook will create folders but not sub folders now (have to log into hotmail to do that now or use laptop Outlook as that's on Win 7), can only pinch zoom on Firefox as if I do it on Edge (Explorer 12) Edge freezes, more but I'm fed up of typing already.

Partial fix for keyboard problem is a programme called tabtip which I have on seven day free trial.

Microsoft made tablets great starting with win 7 then big jumps forward with both win 8 & 8.1. Now they have given us something worse than the predeccessors mentioned above. I had to do a reset to fix an Office issue so can't go back. If you don't have a desktop or laptop we don't love you anymore. Appalling.

e) Click on Search automatically for the updated driver software.

f) Follow the onscreen instructions to update the touchpad driver.

You may try to download and install latest touch screen driver from the computer manufacturer website and check if it helps.

I have a similar problems with ASUS Eee Slate B121. When I tried to update driver (touch pad, touch screen, graphic) Windows 10 tells me that the best driver is already in place and there no new one to update. This best driver from Windows 10 is not working!
